if you are patient, wait to see how expensive the flagship model is. Chances are dual 980tis will outclass it, but they will be cheaper then.

two 980tis won't be bad and will last a long time, but nobody really knows how powerful Pascal will be. SO it can be only a bit better and two 980ti will not be far beyond or Pascal crushes maxwell. If you can wait, I'd wait
