GTA V crashing after load up

Turned out it was my overclock. Had to take it off to work. 

I'll launch up GTA Online or GTA Story mode and I'll get into the game for a few seconds, and then It'll crash suddenly. I've tried un-installing and reinstalling, and even reinstalling Windows. This just began happening after I switched to Intel from AMD. If you have any ideas, It'd be a great help to me. Thanks.

should your cpu be capable of running GTA V? Have you already succesfully played the gamer on this cpu?

Its an i5 3570k, It should be good.
