I7 5820k 12 core bug

it has hyperthreating so in windows it says it has 12 cores but 6 of them are real core and 6 of them are not

Apparantly windows (7) says that my i7 5820k has 12 cores instead of 6... How to fix?

I was running gta 5, noticed lots of stuttering, checked task manager, and this appeared.
