Have you timed it yourself to verify the reported speeds are accurate?

Start the transfer and look at your watch. So for Win 10 Server > Server 2012R2 w/ 5GB, how long? and Win 10 server > Win 10pro, how long? As you already have seen, it can sometimes spike or go slower (80-110mbps).

Or you can use iperf in an attempt to get more consistent results.

Ahh, Win10 on server it`s as said, around 80MB/s, it took around 2m32sec to transfer (as I remember in my head) and around 1.32m54s on Windows Server 2012 R2

it really sounds like it's coming down to the use of generic drivers on Windows 10 Pro versus vendor drivers on Server 2012 R2 then.

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:

Hey again guys! Just finished installing Windows Server 2012, Transfered shitloads of files that was about 15GB aaaaand, max transfer speed is 97.4MB/s, that`s not bad. But it is not the speeds I am looking for (Star Wars :D)

And, I just remembered I haven`t installed all the drivers... I`ll check in later :)
