Get an SSD. That should probably put you around or maybe a bit over budget but it is worth every penny.

I would highly recommend getting a cheaper mobo, a processor with some DDR3 ram and a better graphics card.

Heres a good mobo Asus Z87-Pro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

But thats an LGA 1150 mobo so the current processor you have there wont fit, you'll need a different processor and some different ram.

@SirPatrickStewart That is a very good list, the only thing I could think of replacing was the flashy RAM, I have also heard that 4GB is a bit much for the average games, unless I was running 3 monitors, but at the moment I have two, and two monitors is horrible for any game. +1

Thank you both @ArmswieldTheHero and @DND, the general build is really coming together, and the Price-Performance is much better than my original setup, I suppose more of you people helping me is for the better. I'm mostly surprised by the PSU that DND linked to, http://goo.gl/oW2bTe

@MrWhuppo Do NOT buy that PoS CX 750 power supply.  Waste of money.  You can get a good PSU for that price.
