Graphics card comparable to 260x?

I am building a computer for a buddy who is on a tight budget. I'm using the part list from this video

I have found a substitute for the motherboard already. (asus z97-a) But were i am stuck is the video card. I don't know how much that card was when they filmed the video. Also i'm not very up to date on amd's video card offerings.

What video card would be comparable to it and be in the 200 dollar price range.

(I have Incorporated an Evga supernova g1 650  power supply as I have had nightmares caused by corsairs cx series of power supplies)

Yup, Ill edit a few things like make sure theres an ssd and stuff

No SSD's in budget builds- takes away from the rest of it.
