Well if you have 730ms ping, you should probably invest in better internet rather than ESO.. And yeah it would probably make it unplayable, especially PVP but also PVE

Trust me, I would want nothing better than better internet. But I live in the middle of nowhere and this is my only option. Thanks for the help.

Thing is, as long as the connection is solid and not jumping around with any loss, choke or fluctuations of ping, it *should* be fine.. it's only when a connection is unstable that you start teleporting and stuff.

That said I don't play EOS, so this is general experience gathered from about 20 years of dealing with terrible net and alternatives to wired connections.. (LTE is where it's at for the moment)

I don'T PreSS caPs.. I juST Hit THe keYboARd so HarD iT CriTs :P

You are correct, I'm on satellite. And my ping is based on the US servers in titanfall, I live in texas too.

Get cable, any cable.

or maybe mobile and use 4g /3g hotspot

sattelite is usually the only option if you live on an island in the middle of the ocean lel

I cant install any permanent fixtures right now, living in an RV, but as soon as we move into a new house I will do that.

You dont need high bandwidth to get a good Ping.

But you cant get good ping with satellite XP

No. Satellite is realy the absolute emergency solution ^^

But when you have moved, you dont n eed a 100mbit connection to get a good ping. Any cable can giove you a good ping. But that depends on things like how far you are away from the next network node ect.
