Do you have CPU-Z installed? Use that to monitor the voltage while the CPU is being stressed.

What program are you using to monitor temperatures?

I just stress tested my 3570K for you using Prime. Maximum temperatures were 67 degrees C on Core #1. I'm running a Kraken x60 as well, which performs a bit better than the H100i.

Specs on my overclock are as follows:

Frequency: 4.4GHz

Voltage: 1.256

Oc Genie is meh. Use Click Bios.

You have not given your ambient temperature and the voltage of your overclock but i still find it to be high for a 4.2ghx OC on load. If your temperature was say 55C on load i would be ok with that considering it is a H100i.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

As long as you don't go above 80 on prime 95 you should be fine

Overall, yes. But your overclock temps should be within a temperature zone.
