Posted September 8, 2013 Hi LTT forumers, i previously oc'ed my i7-2600k to 4.4ghz, its been awhile now without any issues. But now when i monitor the temp with RealTemp i've noticed the frequencies jump from 4.4 to 5.9 ghz for a moment when load is less than 20%. Is this normal? i'm using offset to oc the cpu. The temp did reach around 55 degree. While ideal its usually sit around 37-43degree. I live in Malaysia and the temp here is quite hot around 36degree daily. Posted September 8, 2013 If not already....maybe update the bios to ensure the best stability of the board..? May get rid of those "visual cpu spikes".
