my friends and i have pcs and we want another one of my friends to get one but he got a ps4 instead :(. So i asked him if he were to sell his ps4 and the games could he get a pc? he said he would ask his dad and i was wondering if anyone had a $400-$450 pc for him, no pre built i am building it. thank you :)
