Hi all, so after my last GPU being faulty, I decided to return it for a refund. I would like to know if any of you could suggest a GPU no more than £100. I have an AMD Athlon X4 860K and my mobo is a GIGABYTE ga-f2a88xm-d3h. Please do not suggest the EVGA GeForce GTX 750ti as that is the one I had! I am looking to play CS:GO, GTA V, Rust, Skyrim, Payday 2 etc. I will be doing some rendering and video recording

To be honest, you will probably need at LEAST a 960 (on the Nvidia side) to run games like GTA V and Rust decently. It's good for the price, but over your budget. Other than that I have no other suggestions. Good luck though!

With the 750 I was getting 80 fps on rust when it still worked, and 90 on gta v medium graphics

Might do that, was just seeing if there was anything else I could get for the same price that was better

The 750 Ti is an excellent value, the 370 and 950 don't really bring that much improvement. I'd say it'd be easier and cheaper to RMA than to buy a new card.

Probably will do that then. Thank you all for your suggestions

If you want, you can buy an used 7950/7970 (even tough that will draw quite a bit more power. I wouldn't recommend using something less than a good 450/500w power supply). I know it's used but It's twice the performance, just search some benchmarks. I bought a used 7950 for about $100(~70 pounds) and never had any problems with it. Just consider upgrading your CPU after that, the 860k will seriously bottleneck the system. I had a 760k and now a G3258 4,4GHz and my 7950 doesnt go above 50% usage in anything I used it in. hope this helps!
