Oh yeah, that's pretty annoying. On Dark them they have made the border of the page you're on orange:

So that makes it more easily to see.

Well it's way different compared to the dark theme in IPBv3, if you're asking that ?

Well its same as day theme but with dark colors. You find selector at bottom of page, as before.
