Between the two, the Samsung 850 Pro.

 

Both a really quite good, but the 10-year warranty with the 850 Pro versus the 5-year warranty on the Intel is something I would consider.

A five year warranty should be plenty for most anyone. In five years you won't be using a sata 3 drive unless you don't upgrade your motherboard for 5 whole years. But the Samsung drives are really great and the Pro is a very good SSD. Chances are you won't need or want it in five or so years.
