Haha, you don't understand how small the pins are. Oh and they're all together so it's mission impossible.

Pictures :-P

I broke a sata connector on an old HDD once, I managed to bend the pins back and salvage the data. Heck, I have even straightened out CPU-pins (which is not that uncommon of a fix)

I would still bend them back, but like the others say, you'll be just fine connecting them to whichever fanheaders and disable the alarms in the BIOS ;)

I just found another wire that connects into the pump since you're allowed up to 4 fans. This connector plugins into another place on the pump so if I don't get another one, I'll just do that.

I don't see what pins you mean on the pump. you mean the small cable you plug into the motherboard to make your PC think it has a cooler? It only has 1 pin by default.

Put up a picture so we can understand.

Brutal. Did you punch the pump unit a few times after taking out the fan headers?

No but I did keep jabbing the connector in thinking I wasn't putting it in correctly. It was going in correctly just not in at the right angle.

You can use this........http://www.amazon.com/Phobya-3-Way-Splitter-Single-Connection/dp/B004CLFOK4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1378597894&sr=8-2&keywords=phobya+pwm+fan+adapter to connect your fans to the motherboard instead of moving the pump. If you move the pump form the CPU fan header, which is what i assume you have done in the first place, the motherboard will panic and say "DANGER WILL ROBINSON DANGER!" so leave the pump where it is and use another motherboard fan header to power the fans with the splitter.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

If I don't get a replacement, I'll do that.

What this guy said.  The fans are totally independent from the pump.  The pump gets its power strictly from the SATA power cable.

If you really want to plug your fans into the unit itself, then sure, do an RMA, but you'll be perfectly fine plugging the fans into the motherboard.  As long as air is being pushed through the radiator you're fine.

The pump does not get power from the SATA power cable. I can tell you this because my Kraken x60 is made by the same OEM as the H100i and I'm only using the 3 pin power connector to power the pump. The SATA power cable is for the fans.

The Kraken X60 is an Asetek design; its pump gets power from a 3-pin header. The H100i is a CoolIT design; it's pump is driven by SATA power.

^The kraken x60 isn't the same as the h100i, with the h100i you don't need to plug in the fan header, it should just work fine. I did it with my h100i, I even beleve linus said you don't need to plug in the fan header (not sure about that).

Well I've RMA'd it and should be getting a new one soon.

dw those fan y splitters on my h100i, I went to unplug one and the cords with the connecters came off, and left the "plug" the connectors were in the h100i pump housing, but ripped all the pins out of the plug.. , so now all i have is a y splitter with the tiny pin connectors and no plug for it lol

Worst part is I pushed down the little tab you push to pull it out, and barely pulled at all.

Corsair sent you the new one free of charge?

Not Corsair, Scan and I paid £5 for delivery. I had scansure (scan insurance). All I did was pay £5 for the delivery and voila. I got a new H100i.

I highly recommend Scan.
