I need a good sounding headphones up to 100~ $ for music such as some kind of a mix between pop and rock

some metal sometimes electronic.....

i also play alot but i prefer headphones which are the best for the money for music and not for gaming since i am coming from a siberia v2 which are pretty good for the gaming experiance i require....

portable and good looking headphones are much preferable, not  sure how much iam going to use them actually in pablic but i  kinda moving between two places as my daily routine so portable headphones will be excellent for me

the most important thing is how they sound so just note me any good sounding headphones at this budget

I have tried the m50x and they were awsome for me as they were good looking in my opinion, portable enough and  i liked how they sounded

closed headphones are preferable but  i can consider opened back one's if they really worth it.

thank you very much for answering me :)

The only headphones which seems to be good for me is the m40x but it sucks to buy a lower end member of the x family...

and also i think i have already seen some discounts on the m50x to something like 100 dollars? Which is the same price of the m40x

I think I will wait for a discount on them

Well the m50x are very forward in their sound and the m40x should be more laid back. The m40x is a great pair of headphones.

There is no best. The list is intended to be a starting point for your research; any of these headphones could be good depending on your needs and preferences.

You need a portable headphone it sounds like, as well as something good for gaming. So probably one of the closed, collapsible pairs.

yea you are talking there about the highs and whatever so in therms of sound which is kinda the most important thing i cant understand much... xD

actaully i guess i can give up on the portability, the only thing is that they will be able to get into some kind of a carrying case so i can move it from place to place without using them in public

using them on my coumputer and phone on my bed at home

the only "public" thing i will be doing is from time to time maybe using them traveling to family in the car....

the

NVX Audio XPT100

looks very nice and comfortable but the only disappointing thing is they have two cables which kinda sucks

Okay I will try to explain it to you.

You have two pairs of headphones one pair is a m50 and some random ones, when you put the m50 on you will be able to hear every single thing that is happening in the audio you are listening to and it will sound more like everything is happening inside of your head, when you take the other headphones on you will maybe not be able to hear all the little flaws in the audio but you will not feel as much like everything is happening inside your own head. The m50 has treble and lows that require you to use the pads that comes with them because if you but thinner pads on them then they will kill your ear while the other pair you are able to use different pads with out the headphones killing your ears. But with that said the m50 is a great pair of headphones they are overrated but they are great and pretty comfortable for most people and a litlle overpriced so get them on sale.

You should try them before you buy them.
