Can I use 520 or do i need 620 - Seasonic S12 II Bronze

So I read up on my stuff and did my research and decited to go with the Seasonic S12 II Bronze. Here is my build

 

I just wanted to do a quick check and then ask if I need the 620W or if I can pass with a 520. I do plan on overclocking.

Alright thanks ^-^ Just making sure I'm kinda pressed for money right now and I already went 30$ over budget so I just wanted to see if I couldn't save 10$ here.
