Intel Pentium G2130 with h61m-d3h or Pentium G3220 with h81m-s1

meuuks

i am getting a used combo of g2130 and h61 mobo for half the price of a new g3220 and h81 mobo. I plan to upgrade my dad's PC which will be used gor accounting, web browsing, general stuff. Which one should i go for?

i live in india, amd cpus are priced crazy high here so that will be way out of budget

It is a very low end gpu but the monitor has only vga and gpu also has vga but the motherboard doesn't so I think I will the gpu, also video output will not be much of an issue
