also does it matter when laptop is refurbished and could you explain it to me????

When a laptop is refurbished it means that it was restored to "Like-New" condition. The only downside to that is that some of the parts have already been used and that could affect the lifespan of some of the parts. That is a really good bang for your buck laptop with laptops with similar specs costing upwards of $3000.
