Soon as I seen this I bought it. If DDR4 looks like this going forward there is no reason not to upgrade to a DDR4 setup.

Yeah I've been having memory issues with this kit. Going to send it back and get a replacement to put up or sell.

It's RAM....you're not going to see the stickers.

 

Its top quality RAM, but I'll say I don't like the look of it. I much preferred their old Ripjaws Z series - they could almost pass as discrete while still having an edge to them

 

Actually, love their Ares RAM too, I use that a lot in office builds.

It would still have those godawful (in MY eyes) heat spreaders

Colourful as in 'buzy/loud' not as in having many colours (the not fully conveying meaning in text problem rears its ugly head again).

I've been looking for a Ripjaws 5 set but couldn't find one in black with a lower speed in 32 gigs.

Yeah meaning gets lost easy in text pretty easy. Understand now. Looks are always subjective so I posted it because it is still a good deal.

I'm really interested on this cause it's cheap, but if I had other plans on getting dominators and get an AIO instead... guess I'll have to wait for better deals down the road.
