Rating box issues

Tried to rate the comment from Enderman but the rate box didn't show (on phone). Pressed few more times still nothing. Scrolled down and the box was 2 comments down on an unrelated comment, decided to rate and it went through to Enderman's comment.

While I'm here, refreshing the page when you rate is a bug or a feature? :P

Yeah, I've been noticing this on the desktop. It doesn't seem to be lining up correctly and can be very picky on where the pointer needs to be in order to be able to click.

There's also an issue with the "Show More" in people's signatures not working.

I can't reproduce this using chrome 47 on Android 6 (Android version shouldn't change anything though). Are you able to reliably reproduce it?

Yes I can. Tried to remove my rate and the same thing happened. You can see it's red because I clicked on it. It even moved as I scrolled. Also when I went on Menu in upper right corner, well you can see on picture what happened. Sorry for sound bar, a bit complicated to press 2 keys behind on G2 with a mask.

I was using Firefox at home, but I just installed Chrome 64-bit and it seems to be working there.

At work I have to use IE 11 (*blegh!* I don't have a choice) and it's royally screwed up.
