My specs are Intel Core i5 4460, Cooler Master HAF X Case, Adata 128GB SSD, Cooler Master M2 Silent Pro 850 Watt, Cosair Vengeance DDR3 2X4GB RAM and an Asrock Z97 Anniversary Motherboard. I've connected my TV and my PC through HDMI, and it won't turn on at all. I've tired it without the HDMI and it still won't turn on. Maybe you guys can figure out my problem?

Double check everything is plugged in and that the psu switch is on, then reseat ram gpu and power connectors. Finally start trying to isolate the issue by testing components individually

Okay, so should I test the RAM first because I don't think it's my CPU since that's brand new.

The only reason I think it's not the flu is because if it goes in wrong it breaks. It can't hurt to reinstall and check that no pins are bent

You can try taking it all out of your case and testing open-air, to make sure your motherboard isn't shorting stuff.

.Also, you did install motherboard standoffs, right?
