Steam out-of-home?

I have read about this and seen tutorials online, but i feel like this is a big thing and linus should do a video / tutorial on it. Imagine a world where we dont need the powerful laptops to game, as long as we have a PC at home turned on. The tutorial i saw was on this reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam/comments/3d88si/guidehow_to_steam_outofhome_streaming/ . What are your thoughts on this, is there an easier way to do this? should steam make it possible? Should a third party build a software to allow this or to simplify this? Would you pay for such a feature?

Please like if you're interested so this thread can be seen.

It wouldn't work well enough to charge for. I guess if you had super good connections in both places it would be okay, but I can't see this working well for most people.

I've been using this on my university(both my university and home have Gbps capability with low latency) and it runs great but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for people who don't have really good upload. Such solutions as Nvidia's streaming service seem better for those uses.

My Build:
