I already own ram and a case it's to show it fits

You can go with an H97 board, since the cpu you chose can´t be overclocked. Different psu and 390 over 970 unless you need cuda. Then get a cheaper 970. Get a 1 tb hdd and a separate ssd instead of a hybrid drive. You can get windows 10 cheaper.

Grab a cheaper H97 mobo since you can't overclock.

A 500W PSU from SeaSonic/XFX would do better and be more reliable than the G1/NEX.

Personally, I'd pick up the R9 390 and save some money there,

Get an R9 390 and maybe an SSD.

Edit: An H97 board, your CPU can't be overclocked.

Get a GS or G2 PSU if you want modular and 80+ gold, get an H97 board unless you're planning to upgrade, get a 390 (MSI one ;) ) and follow your posts! Welcome to the forums :)

Skylake sucks and is just more expensive. Plus he already has a kit of DDR3.

The i5 6500 isn't that more expensive just 20 dollars pricer. Is faster and can be BCLK with a Z170 board.
