Case review PC, what should I get?

So my new budget is $800, if its REALLY worth it I can wait a little and spend $10-20 more or so:)

i'm going for a red and black theme here, and looks are prettymuch the most important, since this will be more for aesthetics than any use (for now, but I can use this for a bigger project later). all the parts in here are final, except a few things...

1. I have this spare PSU (Corsair CX 430) yes i'll get a new one later on, if not i'll at least get extensions. but I think my money is best spent on other parts. don't you think?

2. which CPU cooler should I get? I have both listed in the parts list.. should I buy the cheaper (uglier, but air cooled so it has much more compatibility) Noctua cooler and spend more on a better card or something, or should I buy the Kraken (which will be set to red) for the looks? what would look better?

3. which graphics card should I get? I want it to be black and red, and it has to fit that PSU. (6+2 pin) I was considering the MSI R9 380 or a 950 or some sort. or I could even adjust the build a bit and get myself an R9 Nano! those just recently dropped in price a lot. though i'm not going to actually use this PC for gaming or anything.. but hey if a case shows up that can actually utilize the small form factor, perfect! but is it worth it in your opinion? :D

what are your opinions? here the build! :D http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xGcHwP

I have the SPEC-03 Red and I really like it, it was a pretty good deal at newegg at black friday, I don't know how much it is now,

the PSU, don't try to overclock and you should hopefully be okay, im not garunteeing anything though

For a Graphics card, pretty much any MSI TwinFrozer, DON"T GET THE ASUS VERSION, MSI is almost as good as Saphire for AMD cards, in that price range, a 380 is about the best you can get unless you don't mind getting used, then go for an R9 290.

no no no no no no no... it has to be skylake, Mini ITX, look good, be low profile, remember this is prettymuch entirely for looks, and maybe an upgrade later. I dont need a case or windows either.. thanks though :)
