id go with the silver 3+ mainly on the fact that it has a removable battery. The non removable battery on the session is a major downside in my opinion. The session is no good for a whole day of filming.

A camera with no swappable battery is annoying if you dont have like a power bank

3+ silver. hands down.

Of the two the hero 3+ silver BUT if you want another option

 

Xiaomi Yi, cost me £55 off amazon, shoots 2k at 30p, 1080p at 60, - Uses a Sony Exmor R sensor

 

Imo its on par of better than the hero silver 3,  and you can get tons of stuff for it

 

 

but hey :)
