would like a smaller case fits a ASRock Z97M-ITX/AC Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard and maybe a single 120 rad.

whats your budget because i could recommend 50 dollar cases or 200 dollar cases

It can fit in any case but thin mini ITX cases. Those you would need a thin mini ITX motherboard which are used mainly in home theaters. You should be good.
