Something weird is happening...

Go to solution Solved by Djole123,

Oh well, I forced logged out by CTRL+ALT+DEL and then logged back in, and succesfully got back into my desktop. Never using Windows 10 again.

@ShadowCaptain

I'm very unhappy with Windows 10. It's laggy, uses a lot of power and most importantly, it has no drivers for my GPU, which was the deal breaker for me to get rid of recovery partition and throwing Windows Thin PC (stripped down version of Windows 7 Embedded) on it.

So, i edited a bootloader a bit to put Windows 7 instead of Windows 10 as my main OS, and looks like Windows 10 is upset a bit. Infact, when I wanted to log in, it said "Preparing Windows" instead of "Welcome". "Okay...", I said. When it finished preparing, I was pleased with verification screen. Yes my friends, it wants to verify my account even though I logged in normally like 5 mins ago. It searched for password, asked me if I want a PIN on my computer and now it's sent me a verification code. Any reason why is this happening? I experienced some funky things with Windows but nothing like this. Is this one of privacy things that Windows 10 is having problems with?

Its probably down to Windows 10 detecting a boot change (Secure Boot protection) and its just verifying that you are who you say you are.

Thanks, but I don't have UEFI or locked BIOS. I have edited a bootloader many many times and this is the first time this is happening.
