What to do with my tablet kiosk

I have a Tablet kiosk Sahara netslate. It's mounted on a hanging arm thing on the side of my pc. It has windows xp so idk the cou in it either. I live stream can it help with that?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Pretty much what I was going to say. Chat, statistics. Preview can be bit too much.
