Premiere Pro workflow for series

Hello,

 

I was wondering if someone could help me to setup a workflow in Premiere Pro about editing in series.

 

To go into details we are creating video tutorial about Lego robots (constructions and etc...) And I have to edit 5 videos a day that have the same intro, outro, transitions, water mark in the bottom and music.

The way I do it is I have a "Template" that is a Premiere project named "Start" and

• I open it and import all the footage I have to cut into the current "episode"
• then I "Save As" the project as "Episode # 111".
• And after that work on it (Cut, Edit, Export).

I was wondering If there is a better way to create a "Template" in Premiere.

Every once in a while I get this error, which is very frustrating.

 

And I don't like the workflow, because it is not very consistent in my opinion
