I want to buy a graphics for my friend. I am looking for a card that is around 100-130$ and pretty recent like 2008 and on I guess. I just don't want wild "cards" like a 9800 GTX+, or a hd 4??? something or another. So yeah just a name would work I can find the link on my own.

increase your budget to 145 USD and grab a GTX 950

why would you get a 950 for that price when a 380 is 4$ more?

as stated above, you are best off if you safe up 10 bucks more and get a 380. the difference in performance between that and say a 750Ti is massive!
