I7 4790K 65 FPS Everywhere

I upgraded my CPU last week to the 4790k and got 65 FPS in every game (CSGO, Black Ops 3, Minecraft etc.)

 

specs:

Intel I7 4790K

GTX 970 AMP Omega Core Edition

ASUS z97 Pro Gamer

Not good. I get at least 100 fps in 4k on CS:GO.

What's the problem here? That you only get 65 FPS even though you should get more?

If so try turning off any FPS limits

Definitely sounds like a cap try maxing our every setting in black ops to see if fps drops below 66

Something is capping your FPS, but I wouldn't neccesarily call that a problem since 65FPS is good

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC

as i already mentioned that i am not using V-sync

also I already looked up on the Nvidia control panel and disabled V-sync there and some other options like "prefer maximum usage"
