I need a GPU for around 100-125 bucks.  I don't care if it's AMD or NVIDIA, I'm looking for performance per dollar

Also, if there is somewhere I could get a good deal on a USED version of a card, like a GTX 760 I know is about 100 bucks on eBay, please don't be afraid to recommend that.

If it's in USD, which I'm guessing it is, you could get a used 7970 for around $125. Probably not on eBay, though, check locally. I got mine for $150.

If you need new, a 950 is around that. I forgot the AMD equivalent.

I live in a small town so locally isn't really an option for me :(

GTX 950 is around that price new, if you can spend a bit more you can snag that 7970 I mentioned on eBay. Is your budget unchangeable?

Here's a 380X on eBay for $150. It's more or less the same as a 7970, and equivalent to something like a GTX 960. It's an auction, but it has 0 bids. 9h left. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sapphire-Dual-X-R9-280x-OverClock-Edition-3GB-HDMI-Video-Card-/231821931054?hash=item35f9a9f22e:g:fOkAAOSwSdZWcFkz

It's a lot better than the 960... The 380 is already around 15% better in some games so the 380X is around 20-25% better.

300 series is a bit better than the 200 series, though for the 280/380 they used the same chip. Radeon Tech is magic.

I like the GTX 670 in that price range, though you'll go over with shipping costs.

It's a little more powerful than a GTX 760 at 1080p (this image is from a techpowerup review of the GTX 970)
