Posted January 22, 2016 Uninstall the hyper x from device manager. Reboot PC. Then plug the headset into another USB port. It may search windows update for a driver, just let it run it's course. If that fails, can you try only using the headphone jack of it without the usb dongle and report if you get audio that way? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
