That isn't going to help your headphones, but that needs to be done.

Wait do you mean the Nvidia drivers? Or is that something different

Click on the display adapters tab and we'll see.

Uninstall the hyper x from device manager. Reboot PC. Then plug the headset into another USB port. It may search windows update for a driver, just let it run it's course. If that fails, can you try only using the headphone jack of it without the usb dongle and report if you get audio that way?
