New Radeon HD 7950 screen goes crazy

Andrew48

So today I received my Powercolor 7950 PCS + and was so happy until I started doing benchmarks. While on the desktop or on internet, there is absolutely no problem at all. BUT when I stress the gpu I get weird problems like a black screen, a white screen, a blue screen and sometimes it get crazy!. I have to hard restart my pc after that. The card is not overclocked nor is the cpu. I am used bothe the stable and the beta driver from the amd site. Is my card dead? Can I fix it or should I RMA it?
Thanks

Also try rolling back your drivers, there have been some problems with them so see if it's those first before an RMA

How much vram do you actually need? | APUs and the future of processing | Projects: SO - here

Intel i7 5820l @ with Corsair H110 | 32GB DDR4 RAM @ 1600Mhz | XFX Radeon R9 290 @ 1.2Ghz | Corsair 600Q | Corsair TX650 | Probably too much corsair but meh should have had a Corsair SSD and RAM | 1.3TB HDD Space | Sennheiser HD598 | Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro | Blue Snowball

Which driver do you suggest ? Also my power supply runs cool and I cant hear its fan so I guess the psu is not being stressed that much although I could be wrong

Going off my own judgement which is completely bias and could be totally wrong but... Powercolor is a budget brand and their cards tend to be.. terrible.

System Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X

GPU: Radeon RX 7900 XT

RAM: 32GB 3600MHz

HDD: 1TB Sabrent NVMe -  WD 1TB Black - WD 2TB Green -  WD 4TB Blue

MB: Gigabyte  B550 Gaming X- RGB Disabled

PSU: Corsair RM850x 80 Plus Gold

Case: BeQuiet! Silent Base 801 Black

Cooler: Noctua NH-DH15

Ok so I have a problem. The shop I ordered my GPU in germany. Google translate did a good job at the begining but now that I RMA the card, they send me an email which is in german and even when I google/bing translate it I cant fully understand

I would realy appreciate it if anyone here from germany could give me a simple english translation
