Random Pixels Different Colors

Go to solution Solved by DennisBerry,

This could indeed be a dying component in your computer, most likely your graphics card. But it could also be something totally different.

You can test a few things first:

- What are your temperatures of your system (graphics card, processor)?

- If you change the resolution of the monitor does it still appear?

- Try another monitor if you have one.

- Try different cables to be sure it's not a cable malfunction.

- If your graphics card has more display connections, try another/different display connection.

I hope this can determine what this problem causes.

Could anyone help me, my computer just started to show random colored pixels on its screen. Is this a hardware malfunction? Look at the chrome logos. It does this stuff on webpages and YouTube videos as well. But randomly.

This is what it does during a YouTube video. Everything was fine yesterday.

I think its your GPU, or the connector/cable your using(ex DP, VGA, DVI) is dieing...

The different colored pixels aren't always in the same spots though. And they like vibrate too. It's weird.

Try uninstalling then reinstalling drivers. If you see those random pixels when you uninsall drivers, it's hardware issue. If not, install some old drivers.
