Afterburner fan control not an option on r7-260x

Hello,

 

I have the msi r7-260x graphics card and i would like to use a custom fan curve using MSI afterburner but the fan control is not an option. I have already downloaded the latest version of afterburner but it still doesnt work. Can someone who maybe has had the same help me out?

Screenshot us the FAN tab and show us what it looks like.

 

Works fine on my mums 260x, lowering her idle curves and increasing her load curves.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

There is no fan control option in the monitoring tab.

There should just be a tab named FAN.

I updated my gpu drivers to crimson and now the fan control is an option.

Anyway thx for the help
