GTA V nvwgf2umx.dll Error on Startup

I know this topic has been beat to death, but I can't seem to find a solution...

Built my first PC last night (specs below). When I try to run GTA V, it crashes immediately after start-up, as soon as the screen goes to black (error log below). Even trying to restart the game in Safe Mode, the same issue occurs.

Has a solution ever been discovered for this? Seems like I see numerous posts about this issue, but can never seem to find a solution that works. I have an older PC, and it runs GTA V with no issues.
