Need help

I am running an Msi a88x -g45 motherboard and a unidirectional mod mic 4. I'm using the latest Realtek hd audio driver on Windows 10. I am seeing that it is picking up my voice but the test call on skype and in games no one can hear my voice.

If you have any suggestions that would be great thanks.

Is it set as the default input device?

This should work. Right click the speaker on the bottom and go to recording devices.
