I can't stretch my budget because I don't have the cash at the moment and I have to purchase this in 1 week

Why not skylake? And are you sure you don't need long term storage (HDD)?

I don't play a lot of games and I usually uninstall games when I'm not playing them and even if I want to play them I have really fast internet so I can just download a game in around 25 minutes and I can't really fit skylake in the budget
