probably. Those contain libraries that certain programs need in order to function properly.

 

It's not slowing down your computer, as those aren't running in the background.

can someone please tell me if i really need all of these Microsoft visuals C++ versions and types i feel like its probably slowing my computer down having them all installed but im not sure if my games will work ive i remove some  i dont even know how i got so many of them in the first place

Those are required by games to even run and show up. Don't delete them.

 

 

But programs also use it.
