Well, usually commercial transistors operate between 0 to 70 degrees Cº, while military ones are from -55 to 125 Cº. Considering the phone should yeld a high quality manufacturing process, being tested under extreme circumstances of negative and very high positive temps, it should return normally. Sadly, lithium-ion batteries start to suffer at temperatures below 0º degrees, and only get worse from -20 Cº. If by any case it could reach near -50, it would cause irreperable damage and chemical hazard threat. Now, it shouldnt be too alarming, as the cell power should still be in good condition, so if stored properly and not exposed to the gusts and other weather elements, your phone should work okay, when attempted to boot. So internally speaking the motherboard and its components hold pretty fine, while the battery could lose some voltage, but nothing too serious at all, if it even happens. Also, since its Li-ion technology and not Ni-Cad, a full descharging-recharging cycle should fix any improper eletrical values. The condensation thing on the other hand, ive never heard of any problem with the such, and not many people complain about that issue with modern batteries like Lithium Polymer and the such, at least regular users and other reviewers ive seen around. Of course in such an extreme situation, i really cant say anything about that condensation thing, which seems a little too chemicly technical for me. Send in the chemist over here!, i wanna know about that aswell if possible.
