PC problem, need help!

CJChua

So for some reason when I press the button to turn my PC on. It did turn on but I don't get an output aka my monitor is still black. Then it stops, on again ITSELF and just keep repeating. I tried to plug everything again but still doesn't work. Any help?

Your BIOS might be corrupted. What motherboard do you have?

Gigabyte B85M-HD3 rev. 1.1

make sure your headers are installed correctly as it needs to match the + and -

The issue is one of three. Or four. Bad mobo/BIOS, bad CPU, bad RAM and bad PSU. Did you do something before this started? Any changes to hardware, OC etc. And if you can, test PSU and RAM since they are easiest to check.

I swear, this PC is like a family PC, I only game TF2 on it. My mom use it before and somehow it started this. I guess it's bad ram and bad PSU. OH YEAH MY MOBO DOESNT INCLUDE A JUMPER

Why do you need jumper? You can clear CMOS by removing battery for 10s. And cables for case buttons don't need any jumpers.
