Figured out what it is, Its adblock. I paused it and it didn't happen.

Okay, I just got on today, and went to YouTube.com, and this is what I see: post-158156-0-92447600-1452893024_thumb. This isn't happening in edge, and every other website that I visit is fine. Please help me, Thanks.

Adblock+ seems to be fixing the problem. 

Wait, you said it happens in Icognito mode too. 

Icognito mode disables all the extensions unless you made the extension available in Icognito mode.
