Problem with my first computer build

Sirpz

I just made a computer, budget oriented and its my first build. Here are the specs:

CPU - AMD X4 860k

GPU - PNY GeForce GTX 750ti enthuiest edition

RAM - 2x4gb 1600

Mobo - ASUS A68HM-K

HDD - 1TB 7200rpm

PSU - Logisys 480w (non 80+)

My monitor isn't very good, I'm saving to get a new one, I think it's 720p (I'm borrowing it from a friend) and its like 17" I haven't gotten a wireless adapter yet, and my Ethernet can't reach my router, so I'm waiting for the adapter, and I used a non drm skyrim to test how well can it run, and I was getting like 15fps on medium. I have a laptop running 765m graphics and I can run fallout 4 on medium at like 30-40 fps. I wanted to know if there's something wrong or the parts arnt hooked in correctly

Oh, no, because I haven't gotten an internet connection, chances are that would be my problem. Thanks, I should do that as soon as I get that chance.

Your CPU sucks and your "non drm skyrim" (AKA pirated version) is probably f&cked up and modded too much.

Yes, its pirated when I was testing how it works and my steam copy wasn't functioning properly on my old computer. And it ran perfectly fine on my old ASUS ROG G750JW and isn't modded at all. Plus that CPU received high praise as a budget cpu. Unfortunately I can't afford a skylake i7 or the newest AMD cpu

1. Please for the love of God get a better PSU (unless you like to set your house on fire)

2. Is your display cable connected to you GPU? Some people forget they need to plug it in the GPU instead of the motherboard.

The AMD X4 860k is still a pretty capable chip.

Its against rules of forum to say/suggest/promote using a piracy/copyrighted material and etc.,keep an eye on that cuz u coud get banned.

I think you just need to download latest drivers...
