The specifications are in my signature.

Any ideas on new components? I'm thinking in the departments of graphics card, power supply, keyboard, and case. Also, motherboard.

New GPU, probably a 770. New PSU, full modular because they're awesome, new keyboard like a Ducky or Cooler Master one.

I'm not really into dual GPU solutions due to power consumption and framerating/microstuttering issues.

Yeah, all I can recommend is a high-end graphics card and a 80+ power supply to handle the single card.

Define R4 is an awesome case.

But would it fit my Seidon 240M without clearance issues/fans mounted outside and without mods?

Get a mechanical keyboard! Check out brands like CM, Ducky, Corsair (K65, K70, and K95 only), Filco, WASDkeyboards. Try out all the key switches to see which you like best.

7970 or a 9000 series AMD card.

Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 or Define R4 for silence. The Arc Midi R2 would be better suited for fitting radiators.

Any power supply from XFX and Seasonic would be good (80+ certified)

I've got a mech. BlackWidow Tournament, but it has quality issues. I know I like blues, so that's great.

Definitely want a new PSU. I will probably get a Corsair 600W.

All of the mechanical keyboard brands I mentioned are excellent quality. You'll be amazed by how solid they are.

I'd definitely wait until the 9000 series arrives before buying a new GPU. We don't know for sure exactly how they'll perform in comparison to Nvidia's 700 series. 

If you are getting a Corsair PSU, avoid the CX line. They're known for horrible coil whine.
