Fallout 4 doesn't like AMD cards?

2700K 4.5GHz

290X 8GB stock

16GB RAM

1920x1080

NO MODS

Latest version of DDU

Background processes closed

Tested on driver version: 15.11.1 Catalyst, 15.12 Crimson

 

It doesn't matter if I run the game fullscreen or not same results with both drivers. I have tried X8 tessellation on both drivers, didn't help at all. No stuttering issues though, which is good just low GPU Core usage...

You know I'll bet it will have something to do with doesntworks.

Make sure you don't have any of nvidias technologies enabled. All they do is cripple your game (especially on amd).
