Core Clock bouncing? Normal?

I OC'd my R9 380. Asus 2GB.

 

My core clock is 1050, but it seems to bounce between 1050 and 600, but not exactly. it goes any where inbetween there. Just never stable at 1050. yet when i'm not doing anything it is stable at 300? is this normal?

Yep, even in benchmarks it will bounce between scenes.

when your game or Heaven changes scene

 

the GPU clock will drop for a brief moment before it jumps back to the max speed

It'll bounce around to save power when the full power of the gpu isn't needed.
