I'm not sure, a little while back I tried to post and it failed and said my posting was limited by an admin. I waited and forgot, came back to ask about it. I assumed someone would know.

It might of been that it was waiting for your accounts registration to complete fully.

thats just to prevent double post, your post went through, but your pc sent a second request wich was blocked

Yea. Probably a double posting. Or the thread was moved by a mod or admin, while you submitted and it failed (under such case: copy what you typed, refresh the page, paste your post back in the text box if it got cleared, and now post)
