Best gaming 7.1 headset?

Hi, I'm looking into getting a new gaming headset with surround audio, I would like them to ideally be around £150 GBP other than that I'm not to fussed please throw suggestions at me. Thanks

Sennheiser 558's with blue yeti

 

Though if you MUST WANT 7.1 (honestly only get it if your a casual gamer) my school friend has Sennheiser PC 363D great 7.1 headphones

 

If you play competitive fps games Stereo>7.1 

Ex: csgo,bf series, cod ect

Sorry if this seems a bit "noobish" but is there software to make them virtual surround sound ?

Surround sound headsets are a gimmick, I made my headset 7.1 using razer synapse.

whats wrong with your g930?

If you want something significantly better than the 930 you should get real headphones.

alrighty, i'd recommend a nice pair of headphones and a mic with it (modmic) if you really need it.

Do you prefer open back or closed back?
